The Stories We Tell Ourselves — and How to Rewrite Them
I used to think my doubts and fears were proof that something was wrong with me — that maybe I wasn’t meant to feel confident, capable, or at peace like other people seemed to.
What I didn’t realize back then is that I wasn’t broken — I was simply living inside a story that my adult self didn’t even write.
The beliefs that held me back — things like:
"I’m not enough."
"I have to be perfect to be loved."
"What I want doesn’t matter."
Those beliefs weren’t facts. They were stories, shaped by experiences, childhood messaging, and the way my mind tried to make sense of the world before I even knew I could question it.
We all have these stories running quietly in the background — some empowering, but many limiting. They influence how we see ourselves, what we believe is possible, and even how much love, success, or joy we feel allowed to have.
The good news? Once you recognize the story, you have the power to rewrite it.
This is the heart of my work — not to “fix” anyone (because you were never broken), but to help you uncover the old stories keeping you stuck and write new ones that match who you are now and where you’re going next.
To help you get started, I created something special — a guided journaling page to help you gently explore the story you’ve been living and start writing the one you truly want.
You can download the journal by clicking the button below:
Take a few minutes today to reflect. Even one small shift in your story can create a ripple that changes everything.
With care,
